| Could you take pictures and video of the delivery? |

Of course we would be glad to take pictures and/or video of the gift delivery for you.
Please note that taking pictures during the gift delivery is a complimentary service and it is only possible if your recipient gives her/his permission to have her/his pictures taken and if it is technically possible to take photos or video. For example:

in Kiev, Odessa and Kherson we can most likely take both pictures and videos

in major cities of Ukraine our representatives usually take pictures but rarely can make videos

in small cities of Ukraine were we use Fedex for express deliveries, we can not guarantee neither pictures nor videos of the deliveries.
You could always contact us in advance to find out whether recording media would be possible for your delivery or not.
For gentlemen who place gift orderse for ladies only to check their mail address etc. we strongly advise to use detective services instead as we only use contact information you provide and do not do investigations and we can not guarantee taking pictures or video for every gift delivery. |
| I do not have recipient's telephone number, can I place the gift order without it? |

Sometimes our customers do not have the telephone number of the gift recipient so we try to search the telephone number by the last name of the recipient registered at the specified address.
If it is impossible to obtain a telephone number this way, we could go in person to the address you specified to meet your recipient and make an appointment for the gift delivery. If the recipient is not at home we would leave a note asking to contact our office. The cost for this service is $15.
In cases like this intime delivery can not be guaranteed. |
| To which cities do you deliver the gifts? |

We deliver non-persihable gifts to all major cities of Ukraine: Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankovsk, Kharkov, Kherson (Herson), Khmelnitsky, Kiev, Kirovograd, Lugansk, Lvov (Lviv), Mariupol, Nikolaev, Odessa, Simferopol, Sumy, Vinnitsa, Zaporozhie, Zhitomir within 2 business days. Delivery to the small cities of Ukraine is performed within 3 business days.
Flowers, plants and cakes are delivered only in Kiev, Odessa and Kherson so far. Some perishable items in the gift baskets might be substituted by non-perishable ones for deliveries in the cities other than Kiev, Odessa and Kherson.
Please note that photos and video of the delivery are available only in Kiev, Odessa and Kherson. |
| When will my order be delivered? |

We arrange deliveries during regular working hours 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (Kiev time) 7 days a week. We are glad to provide same-day delivery in Kiev, Odessa and Kherson when orders are placed before 9.00 a.m. Kiev time. Please allow up to 1-2 business day for delivery in the other major cities of Ukraine and up to 3 business days for express delivery to the small towns of Ukraine.
In the "Order Comments" field you could also put your desired time of delivery and we will do our best to arrange the delivery at this time. However the actual delivery will depend on the availability of your recipient and our delivery service schedule. For deliveries to the small cities in Ukraine, we depend on the third party, Fedex. Fedex does not do deliveries on weekends and national holidays of Ukraine.

| What if a recipient is not available? |
| |
Please make sure to provide the correct address and telephone numbers of the recipient. If the information you provide is not correct or the recipient is unavailable, we can not guarantee the intime delivery of your gift.
If a telephone number you provided is not correct or you do not know the telephone number of the recipient, we will make an attempt to find it at the public sources. You could also advise your recipient to contact our delivery office in Ukraine. If we can not get in touch with your recipient, the order will be ON HOLD until you provide valid contact information of the recipient. If the order stays on hold for more than 10 business days, we will have to cancel your order, $14.95 cancelation fee will be applied to your payment, the balance will be refunded to your account.
We always call in advance to make sure that your recipient is at home during the time of delivery to confirm that the time of the delivery is convenient for the recipient and to find out a code for the porch door, if there is any. If for some reason the recipient is not at home at the appointed time, we might choose to:
leave a gift with a neighbour with a note telling who accepted a gift on their behalf. In these cases pictures of video of the gift delivery can not be taken.
take a gift back to the office and the recipient would come to pick it up in person. In cases like this the freshness of the perishable gifts can not be guaranteed.
Please note that if we deliver a perishable gift (flowers, cakes, gift baskets etc.) and the recipient is not at home at the appointed time, the gift is considered to be delivered.
Please make sure in advance that the person receiving the gift has agreed to allow their pictures or video to be taken. In some cases recipients refuse to take pictures or video of the delivery. In such cases we respect their privacy and no photos or video will be made.
Please note that we make only one attempt of personal delivery and if a recipient refused to have his or her pictures or video taken during the gift delivery, you could order these services separately to be done at other time - $19.99 for the photo session and $19.99 for the video session. |

| What is the subsitution, cancellation and return policy? |

Subsitution: Sometimes not all the products are available for delivery in all cities. We might have to substitute some products by other ones of the same value.
Cancellation: Orders may be canceled prior to commencement of delivery, but a cancellation charge of the costs incurred or $14.95 fee shall apply. The balance will be refunded.
Return: You can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resellable condition inside its original packing. Your return may be subject to cancellation fee ($14.95) or credit card processing fee (whichever is higher) for each individual item. |
