Kyiv and several front-line cities are currently experiencing very frequent and prolonged power outages, with electricity available only during limited and increasingly rare time windows. The situation is further complicated by very cold winter weather, the absence of central heating in many areas, and increased shelling, which has intensified in recent days. Communication and logistics remain challenging.

Despite this, we don’t give up — and we keep working.

Early ordering gives us the flexibility needed to coordinate production and delivery during limited power availability, transportation windows, and security conditions.

To give your gift the best chance of arriving by February 14, please follow these deadlines:

• City deliveries (including Kyiv):

• Suburban deliveries (up to 30 km):
  ❤️ Place orders by February 11
• Remote locations and small towns (non-perishable gifts only):
  ❤️ Place orders by February 10

Orders placed after these dates may still be accepted, but Valentine’s Day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
