Yes! We specialize in international chocolate delivery to Ukraine. You can place your order online from anywhere in the world, and we’ll deliver either local Ukrainian or imported chocolates safely to your recipient in Ukraine.

Yes! We deliver flowers in Ukraine to all major cities in Ukraine, including Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv, and Dnipro, as well as to smaller towns and villages where it is safe to deliver. Within city limits, standard delivery rates apply. For deliveries outside the city, up to 30 km, we can arrange a custom delivery at a rate of $1 per 1 km.

Yes! Every order includes a free greeting card translation so your message arrives in perfect Ukrainian or English, depending on your recipient’s preference.

You could select a complimentary romantic or patriotic greeting card for your delivery.

Our team will contact the recipient to arrange delivery. If delivery isn’t possible immediately, we’ll safely store the gift or coordinate a new delivery time at no extra cost within the same city.

Yes. During warm months, chocolates are packed carefully to protect them from heat and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In very hot weather, we recommend choosing custom-made chocolates or macarons with personal hand delivery only.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.

If the selected chocolates or cakes are not available in your chosen flavor, design, or brand, we will offer the closest available alternative of equal or higher value. If a specific product is completely unavailable, we will replace it with a similar premium item to maintain the look, taste, and quality of your gift.

Please note that the design of custom-made cakes may vary depending on the style and availability of ingredients at the local bakery fulfilling your order. We encourage you to check our actual delivery photos for examples of previous designs and presentation quality.

Whenever possible, we contact the customer to confirm any replacements. However, with urgent same-day orders, it may not always be possible to reach you in time, so we act in your best interest to ensure a beautiful, delicious, and timely delivery.
