However, not all roses are the same. Depending on the region of Ukraine and the season, customers can choose from standard roses, spray roses, imported premium varieties, and the increasingly popular peony-style roses.

Standard Roses

However, locally grown roses are generally less common, and the selection of certain specialty varieties may be more limited compared to larger cities in central Ukraine.

Central, Northern, and Eastern Ukraine

Cities such as Kyiv, Dnipro, Poltava, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and surrounding areas typically offer the widest selection of roses. Florists in these regions usually have access to both locally grown and imported flowers, including standard roses, spray roses, and premium peony-style varieties.

As a result, customers often enjoy greater flexibility when selecting bouquet styles, stem lengths, and rose varieties.
