Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 1–3 days in most Ukrainian cities
Same-Day Delivery: available in major cities when ordered before noon Kyiv time, subject to aster availability
Delivery timing depends on the destination, flower availability, your recipient's schedule, and local conditions.
Remote Locations
For deliveries outside city limits, up to 30 km, we can arrange custom delivery at a rate of $1 per km. Contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether delivery is available to a specific address.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before delivery is completed. Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable once processing and delivery coordination have begun, and a minimum $15 cancellation and coordination fee applies.
Because asters are fresh, perishable products, bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
If your bouquet arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos when requested so we can review the issue.
We reserve the right to cancel orders when payment is flagged as suspicious or high-risk, or when an order cannot be fulfilled in accordance with our policies.
