β’ Flowers may be delivered in bud, semi-bloomed, or fully bloomed stages.
β’ We always contact recipients in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time and confirm the address. The senderβs identity or the nature of the order is not disclosed.
β’ Perfumes and jewelry are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine and typically arrive within 72 hours with Standard delivery.
β’ Delivery methods are determined by the productβs availability and the destination.
β’ Perishable items such as flowers, bouquets, and gift baskets are delivered only once. Once delivery is scheduled, it cannot be redirected to another address.
β’ Occasionally, substitutions for flowers and gifts may occur due to temporary availability issues.
β’ Delivery photos and videos are dependent on availability and require the recipientβs consent.
β’ Standard delivery (72 hours or more) is available throughout Ukraine, starting at $15. Flowers and gift baskets can be delivered via express delivery (within 24 hours) for an additional fee. Extra charges apply for heavy items and complex deliveries.
β’ Delivering flowers to remote villages may require additional transportation from a regional center, which may incur higher costs. We will confirm the possibility of delivery and provide a custom quote for each remote location. The cost of delivery to remote areas adds $1 per kilometer from the nearest major city, in addition to the standard delivery fee.
β’ Additional shipping surcharges for bulky or heavy items are as follows:

β’ 5-9.99 pounds: $5
β’ 10-19.99 pounds: $10

Cancellation and return policies
Order Cancellation Policy:
β’ Orders can be canceled prior to delivery. A refund will be issued as store credit. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable, and a minimum cancellation fee of $15 will apply.
β’ We reserve the right to cancel any order if the payment is flagged as suspicious or if the customer fails to comply with our policies.
Return and Exchange Policy:
β’ Non-perishable items can be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unused, and resealable condition.
β’ A 20% restocking fee will apply for the return of non-perishable items. The remaining balance, after the restocking fee, will be refunded as store credit according to our policy.

We deliver alstroemerias to all major cities in Ukraine, including Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Dnipro, as well as to smaller towns and villages where it is safe to deliver. Within city limits, standard delivery rates apply. For deliveries outside the city, up to 30 km, we can arrange a custom delivery at a rate of $1 per 1 km.
Yes. We provide same-day flower delivery in Ukraine when your order is placed before noon. In most cities, alstroemerias can be delivered within 2β3 hours after your recipient answers the phone and selects delivery time.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.
If the selected flowers are not available in your chosen color, we will offer the closest available shades. If alstroemerias of the same color are completely unavailable, we will suggest a replacement with a similar flower category of equal or higher value.
Whenever possible, we contact the customer to confirm the replacement. However, with urgent same-day orders it is not always possible to reach you in time, so we act in the best interests of our customers to ensure a beautiful and meaningful bouquet is delivered on schedule.
