Gift boxes can be delivered to all remote locations safely.

If your recipient is within 30 km of a major city, we can deliver via courier from that city (with a $1 per km charge beyond city limits).

For distant or unsafe regions, we pack your gift box securely and send it via express postal delivery, usually arriving within 24–72 hours, depending on the location.

In most major cities, we offer same-day or next-day delivery. Orders placed before 9.00 a.m. Kyiv time usually qualify for same-day service.

If certain items, brands, or colors of packaging are unavailable, we will select the closest matching alternatives to maintain the same look, theme, and presentation.
If a specific product category (for example, a type of cheese, fruit, or chocolate) is temporarily unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value to preserve the quality and overall balance of your basket.

Whenever possible, we contact you to confirm any substitutions. However, for urgent or same-day deliveries, we may proceed with carefully chosen replacements to ensure that your basket is delivered fresh, on time, and beautifully presented.

Before every delivery, we call or message the recipient to confirm their address and preferred delivery time. If they do not respond, our team will send follow-up messages and verify contact information to ensure we can complete the delivery.

If the recipient remains unreachable, the order will be temporarily placed on hold until we can confirm a safe and successful delivery. This policy ensures that your gift is delivered personally and never left unattended.
