At Ukraine Gift Delivery, we always strive to deliver your gifts on time. However, certain situations may cause delays:

1) Suspicious or incorrect billing information
If your billing details are flagged as suspicious or don’t match your bank’s records, we must pause the order for verification. We may ask for proof of identity or corrected billing details. Once confirmed, we continue processing your delivery.

2) Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
Missing apartment numbers, outdated addresses, or incorrect phone numbers slow down coordination. We will contact you to provide the correct phone number or any additional way to reach the recipient before scheduling the delivery.

3) Recipient not answering the phone
We always call the recipient in advance to confirm the address and arrange a convenient delivery time. If the recipient does not answer, we will ask you to double-check the number or provide alternative contact methods. Delivery can only proceed once contact is established.

4) Recipient requests a different delivery address
If the recipient asks us to deliver the gift to a new location, we will pause the order and contact you for confirmation. A $15 change-of-address fee applies. Once approved, we resume processing.

5) Unable to reach the recipient after multiple attempts
We make up to three attempts to reach the recipient. If all attempts fail or the contact information is incorrect, we cannot proceed. The order will be cancelled, and a $15 cancellation fee will apply.

6) Surprise deliveries
We do not officially offer surprise deliveries because confirmation with the recipient is required. If you insist, our courier can wait up to 15 minutes at the provided address.
If the recipient does not answer the door:

• Perishable gifts (flowers, cakes, fruit, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Non-perishable gifts (toys, perfumes, etc.) can be refunded with a 20% restocking fee.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery—especially during the busy holiday season—please double-check that all information is correct when placing your order. If something is missing or incorrect, we may need to pause your order and move it further down the queue until the details are clarified.
