We call the recipient in advance to coordinate delivery, without disclosing who sent the gift or that a gift is on the way. That way, your bouquet can still be a thoughtful surprise.
If your selected roses or color are unavailable, we’ll offer the closest available option. If that rose type cannot be sourced, we’ll suggest a similar flower category of equal or higher value and contact you for approval whenever possible. For urgent orders, we may not be able to reach you in time.
Ukrainian-grown roses are often a fresh, more affordable choice, with shorter stems and smaller blooms. Imported roses are known for longer stems, larger blooms and a broader range of colors—an elegant choice for a romantic gesture. Availability can vary by destination and color.
Add a romantic or patriotic greeting card to share your words. If you’d like the message translated, contact us with your request. A delivery photo or video may be shared only when possible and with the recipient’s consent; it isn’t guaranteed.
