Yes! We deliver roses to all major cities in Ukraine, including Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv, and Dnipro, as well as to smaller towns and villages where it is safe to deliver. Within city limits, standard delivery rates apply. For deliveries outside the city, up to 30 km, we can arrange a custom delivery at a rate of $1 per 1 km.

Yes. We provide same-day flower delivery in Ukraine when your order is placed before noon. In most cities, roses can be delivered within 2–3 hours after your recipient answers the phone and selects delivery time.

If the selected flowers are not available in your chosen color, we will offer the closest available shades. If roses of the same type are completely unavailable, we will suggest a replacement with a similar flower category of equal or higher value.

Whenever possible, we contact the customer to confirm the replacement. However, with urgent same-day orders it is not always possible to reach you in time, so we act in the best interests of our customers to ensure a beautiful and meaningful bouquet is delivered on schedule.

Imported roses come from countries such as Ecuador, Kenya, or the Netherlands. They are famous for their long stems and large, luxurious blooms, available in a wide variety of exclusive colors. These roses are more expensive due to international shipping and premium quality, and are often chosen for romantic gestures, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

Please note that imported roses might not always be available in all colors in smaller towns, so it’s a good idea to place your order in advance to ensure the best selection.
