They also have a special connection with Ukraine. Fields of golden sunflowers are a familiar part of the Ukrainian landscape, and the flower has become one of the most recognizable symbols of the country.

A sunflower bouquet is especially meaningful when you want to send a message of hope, warmth, and support to someone you care about.

Your sunflower bouquet is prepared locally and hand-delivered directly to the recipient in Ukraine.

To ensure a smooth delivery, we contact the recipient to confirm the address and arrange a convenient delivery time. We do not disclose the nature of the gift, so your surprise remains a surprise.

Every flower delivery includes:

• Gift wrapping appropriate for the occasion
• A complimentary greeting card
• Your personal message in English or Ukrainian
• Delivery photo confirmation whenever possible

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: within 72 hours or more

Express Delivery: within 24 hours in major cities, subject to sunflower availability

Delivery timing depends on the destination, flower availability, your recipient’s availability, and local conditions.

Remote Locations

Sunflower bouquets can also be delivered to many villages and remote locations. When delivery must be arranged outside the nearest major city, an additional distance charge of $1 per kilometer applies, for distances of up to 30 km.

Because sunflowers are seasonal, availability in smaller towns and remote areas may be more limited. We recommend ordering in advance whenever possible.

Recipient Contact

We make up to three attempts to contact the recipient using the phone number provided with the order. Please make sure the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate.

Fresh Flowers & Seasonal Availability

Sunflowers are fresh, natural, seasonal flowers and may vary slightly in bloom size, shade, stem length, or stage of opening depending on local and seasonal availability.

The best selection of locally grown sunflowers is usually available during summer and early autumn. Outside the main season, availability may be limited and greenhouse or imported sunflowers may be used when available.

Because flowers are perishable, each bouquet is scheduled for one-time delivery. Once a delivery time has been arranged, the bouquet cannot normally be redirected to another address.

If substitutions are necessary, we will preserve the overall style, color palette, and value of the bouquet, using flowers of equal or greater value whenever possible.

Delivery Photos

A delivery photo may be emailed to the sender whenever possible and with the recipient’s consent. Photos may not be available at workplaces, secure facilities, embassies, hospitals, military locations, or other restricted locations.

Orders may be cancelled before delivery is completed. Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable once processing and delivery coordination have begun, and a minimum $15 cancellation and coordination fee applies.

Because chrysanthemums are fresh, perishable products, bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

If your bouquet arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos when requested so we can review the issue.

We reserve the right to cancel orders when payment is flagged as suspicious or high-risk, or when an order cannot be fulfilled in accordance with our policies.
