Cancellation Policy
When can I cancel?
Orders may be cancelled before delivery is completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. After an order is confirmed, a local florist may begin sourcing and preparing fresh gerberas, so cancellation options can depend on the preparation or delivery status of the order.
Cancellation charges and refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable once processing and delivery coordination have begun. A minimum $15 cancellation and coordination fee applies.
After delivery
Because gerberas and other fresh flowers are perishable, bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. If your bouquet arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos when requested so we can review the issue.
We reserve the right to cancel orders when payment is flagged as suspicious or high-risk, or when an order cannot be fulfilled in accordance with our policies.
