Chrysanthemum Delivery in Ukraine
Your chrysanthemum bouquet is prepared locally and hand-delivered directly to the recipient in Ukraine.
To ensure a smooth delivery, we contact the recipient to confirm the address and arrange a convenient delivery time. We do not disclose the nature of the gift, so your surprise remains a surprise.

- Delivery photo confirmation whenever possible
Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 72 hours or more
Express Delivery: within 24 hours in major cities, subject to availability
Delivery timing depends on the destination, flower availability, your recipient's availability and local conditions.
Remote Locations
Chrysanthemum bouquets can also be delivered to many villages and remote locations. When delivery must be arranged outside the nearest major city, an additional distance charge of $1 per kilometer applies, for distances of up to 30 km.
Recipient Contact
We make up to three attempts to contact the recipient using the phone number provided with the order. Please make sure the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate.
Fresh Flowers & Delivery
Chrysanthemums are fresh, natural flowers and may vary slightly in shade, size, bloom stage, or presentation depending on seasonal and regional availability.
Because flowers are perishable, each bouquet is scheduled for one-time delivery. Once a delivery time has been arranged, the bouquet cannot normally be redirected to another address.
If substitutions are necessary, we will preserve the overall style and value of the bouquet, using flowers of equal or greater value whenever possible.
Delivery Photos
A delivery photo may be emailed to the sender whenever possible and with the recipient's consent. Photos may not be available at workplaces, secure facilities, embassies, or other restricted locations.
Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled before delivery is completed. Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable once processing and delivery coordination have begun, and a minimum $15 cancellation and coordination fee applies.
Because chrysanthemums are fresh, perishable products, bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
If your bouquet arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos when requested so we can review the issue.
We reserve the right to cancel orders when payment is flagged as suspicious or high-risk, or when an order cannot be fulfilled in accordance with our policies.

Yes! We deliver chrysanthemums to all major cities in Ukraine, including Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Dnipro, as well as to smaller towns and villages where it is safe to deliver. Within city limits, standard delivery rates apply. For deliveries outside the city, up to 30 km, we can arrange a custom delivery at a rate of $1 per 1 km.
Yes. We provide same-day flower delivery in Ukraine when your order is placed before noon. In most cities, chrysanthemums can be delivered within 2–3 hours after your recipient answers the phone and selects delivery time.
Chrysanthemums are known for their excellent vase life. With fresh water, a clean vase, and regular stem trimming, they can stay beautiful for many days.

If the selected flowers are not available in your chosen color, we will offer the closest available shades. If chrysanthemums of the same color are completely unavailable, we will suggest a replacement with a similar flower category of equal or higher value.
Whenever possible, we contact the customer to confirm the replacement. However, with urgent same-day orders it is not always possible to reach you in time, so we act in the best interests of our customers to ensure a beautiful and meaningful bouquet is delivered on schedule.
