If your recipient is within 30 km of a major city, we can deliver via courier from that city (with a $1 per km charge beyond city limits).

For distant or unsafe regions, we pack your gift box securely and send it via express postal delivery, usually arriving within 24–72 hours, depending on the location.

Whenever possible, we contact you to confirm any substitutions. However, for urgent or same-day deliveries, we may proceed with carefully chosen replacements to ensure that your basket is delivered fresh, on time, and beautifully presented.
