To ensure a smooth delivery, we contact the recipient to confirm the address and arrange a convenient delivery time. We do not disclose the nature of the gift, so your surprise remains a surprise.

Standard Delivery: within 72 hours or more
Express Delivery: within 24 hours in major cities, subject to carnation availability

Remote Locations
Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time depending on local conditions and carnation availability. Our team will contact you if any adjustment is needed.
Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled before delivery is completed. Approved cancellations are refunded as store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable once processing and delivery coordination have begun, and a minimum $15 cancellation and coordination fee applies.
Because carnations are fresh, perishable products, bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
If your bouquet arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos when requested so we can review the issue.
We reserve the right to cancel orders when payment is flagged as suspicious or high-risk, or when an order cannot be fulfilled in accordance with our policies.
